Responsibilities
  • Own overall clinic performance, including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for all clinic operations.
  • Set standards for clinic culture, professionalism, and performance.
  • Ensure alignment with company goals, initiatives, and brand standards.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Drive clinic sales through memberships, packages, retail offerings, and wellness services.
  • Establish and monitor sales goals for the clinic and individual team members.
  • Coach staff on client consultations, service recommendations, and membership conversations.
  • Monitor client retention metrics and implement strategies to improve repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
  • Develop and execute client outreach initiatives, follow-up programs, and retention campaigns.
  • Review sales reports and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with corporate leadership on promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure clients receive a high-quality, personalized, and consistent experience; address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Establish service standards that support long-term client relationships and referrals, and conduct follow-up outreach when needed.
  • Support local marketing, networking, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure safe and effective administration of IV therapies and maintain compliance with clinical regulations, standards, protocols, physician orders, standing orders, and company policies.
  • Oversee documentation accuracy and client care quality, and provide clinical guidance and support to staff as needed.
  • Hire, train, and develop clinic staff; lead team performance through coaching, accountability, and goal setting.
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the clinic, and conduct regular performance discussions and development planning.
  • Ensure team members understand and achieve service, sales, and operational expectations.
  • Ensure smooth daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency; manage scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain consistent service delivery across shifts; execute company initiatives, promotions, and process updates.
  • Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and operational controls; maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment.
  • Monitor team performance, address performance issues, partner with HR on employee relations, coaching, and documentation, and recognize high-performing team members.
  • Use performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement and ensure the clinic achieves operational, sales, and client satisfaction goals.
  • Lead clinic challenges by resolving issues, developing the team, growing the business, and creating a client experience that supports retention and long-term success.
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience leading sales teams, client retention programs, or membership-based businesses is preferred.
