Requirements
  • A mix of experience in both fast-growing technology companies and more established organizations
  • 5 years of HRBP experience in tech, with at least 2 years of experience supporting Engineering, Product and Design teams
  • Demonstrated capability in developing, refining, and implementing people-centric processes and initiatives with a commitment to efficiency and maintaining a positive employee experience
  • A proactive “can do” attitude and ability pivot on the fly

  • Champion Drivemode's growth and foster a diverse and inclusive culture
  • Align HR initiatives with business priorities to support the company's expansion
  • Develop and nurture partnerships with leaders and employees to grasp their unique needs and translate them into organizational and people-focused opportunities
  • Drive performance management, talent development & feedback, retention & engagement as well as compensation programs
  • Analyze organizational needs, and propose, design, and implement talent management initiatives based on Drivemode culture
  • Provide counsel and guidance on employee-related matters
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Analyze trends & use data to develop people's insights and influence positive change
