RoundSolutions and Swift Navigation Partner to Bring Reliable, Centimeter-Level GPS Accuracy to Telematics and IoT

RoundSolutions and Swift Navigation partner to bring reliable, centimeter-level GPS accuracy to telematics and IoT. Partnership Combines Swift's Skylark Precise Positioning Service with RoundSolutions' Deep Hardware Expertise to Create a Robust, End-to-End Stack for Industrial IoT Swift Navigation, a global leader in precise positioning technology, and RoundSolutions, a premier distributor and systems integrator of industrial IoT hardware and an official Telit Cinterion value added distributor, announced a strategic partnership. This collaboration enables RoundSolutions to resell Swift's Skylark Precise Positioning Service alongside compatible Telit GNSS modules and customer optimized antenna systems, offering customers a complete, industrially reliable solution for centimeter-level positioning. The challenge: enterprise applications demand high-accuracy positioning. The next generation of enterprise telematics, fleet management, and asset tracking requires reliable, centimeter-accurate positioning. Standard Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) limit accuracy to several meters due to signal errors. This is further degraded in industrial environments by Radio Frequency (RF) interference and signal detuning. To execute sophisticated functions reliably, enterprise applications need a combined solution: a robust hardware stack that guarantees clean GNSS signal quality and a software service that corrects signal errors to deliver centimeter accuracy. The solution: bridging Reliable Hardware and reliable accuracy. The partnership bridges the gap between resilient system integration and high-accuracy positioning software. RoundSolutions will leverage its Official Telit Cinterion reseller status to package and sell Swift's Skylark with compatible Telit GNSS products, creating a robust, end-to-end stack for industrial IoT. * Reliable Hardware Backbone: RoundSolutions' expertise ensures clean signal quality through highly immune antenna systems and stable hardware integration. * Centimeter-Accurate GNSS: Swift's Skylark corrects GNSS signal errors, achieving centimeter accuracy for next-generation telematics and IoT use cases. * Engineering that Scales: The combined solution is engineered to overcome real-world constraints like multipath and vibration, supporting rapid industrial deployment. "RoundSolutions has always focused on ensuring our customers' deployments work perfectly in the field," said Ben Hoelke, CEO at RoundSolutions. "By integrating Swift's highly reliable Skylark service with our curated Telit Cinterion hardware and custom antenna solutions, we are providing the complete, proven stack needed to unlock next-generation solutions in demanding environments." Skylark: the reliable correction service. Swift's Skylark, a cloud-based GNSS corrections service, is uniquely architected for reliable accuracy at mass-market scale. Its proprietary atmospheric model, carrier-operated network and AWS-based cloud architecture ensure superior performance, while its ecosystem-driven design simplifies integration, making high-accuracy positioning affordable and reducing total cost of ownership. "High-accuracy positioning is rapidly becoming table stakes in enterprise IoT applications," said Holger Ippach, EVP of Product and Marketing at Swift Navigation. "RoundSolutions delivers the field-proven hardware integration needed to maximize Skylark's performance. This collaboration simplifies the deployment path for enterprises demanding the highest levels of performance and availability."
