Requirements
  • Advanced degree in machine learning, computer science, mathematics or a related field
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in applying machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Data Science in an e-commerce/retail environment
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience writing readable, modular Python code
  • Proven ability to handle varied and complex data
  • Experience in data-driven marketing, forecasting, or product development
  • Familiarity with LLM models, embedding techniques, and information retrieval strategies
Responsibilities
  • Apply machine learning and statistical methods to drive targeted marketing campaigns
  • Apply data-driven approaches to improve key performance metrics
  • Drive innovation through the use of AI and mining unstructured data
  • Communicate results and insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with peers, mentor them in applying data science methodologies
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in data science
  • Analyze and manipulate raw data to extract insights
  • Design and implement data processing pipelines, visualizations, and internal tools
  • Bring models into production and monitor their performance
