Big Brothers Big Sisters of America announces new board leadership.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of America announces new board leadership. Aug 06, 2026, 09:00 ET Tony Coles Will Assume Role as Board Chair, Dave Clark as Vice Chair TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA), the nation's preeminent one-to-one youth mentoring organization, today announced new leadership for its national board of directors. Tony Coles, president of multicultural business and development at iHeartMedia and current board vice chair, has been elected board chair. Dave Clark, CEO of Cast Iron Media and a longtime board member at the local and national level, has been elected board vice chair. The transitions took effect in June, following AtriCure CEO Michael Carrel's four-year tenure as board chair. During that time, Carrel strengthened the board's continuity and succession planning, further positioning it to support BBBSA President Artis Stevens' leadership. Under Stevens, BBBSA has more than doubled annual revenue and expanded major corporate partnerships as it advances its mission to ensure every young person has a plan for their future and a mentor whose impact lasts a lifetime. "It has been an honor to serve this organization that makes a difference in so many lives, and I'm proud of the governance foundation the board has helped build," said Carrel. "Tony is exactly the right person to lead the board forward as it continues to grow its reach and impact, and I've seen firsthand the thoughtfulness he brings to every conversation about where this organization is headed." "On behalf of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, I want to thank Mike for his wisdom, dedication, and lasting contributions to our mission.," said Artis Stevens, president and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. "As we open this next chapter of board leadership, Tony and Dave bring their own deep commitment, strategic insight and lived experience with our mission. These two visionary leaders understand the transformational and lifelong impact of mentoring as well as the organizational scale required to propel our mission forward." Tony Coles brings 40 years of leadership experience in the media and entertainment industry. He currently serves as the president of multicultural business and development at iHeartMedia, where he leads enterprise-wide strategies that connect brands with America's most diverse audiences. He also serves as president of the Black Information Network (BIN), the nation's first and only 24/7 all-news audio network dedicated to delivering news from the Black perspective through both national and local programming. Throughout his tenure at iHeartMedia, Coles has held several senior leadership roles, helping drive growth, innovation and community engagement across the company's portfolio. In addition to his previous service as vice chair of the BBBSA board, Coles serves on the boards of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Leadership Foundation, the Radio Advertising Bureau and The Library of American Broadcasting Foundation. "Mentors shaped the trajectory of my own life, both personally and professionally," said Coles. "I've seen firsthand how mentorship can create brighter futures and stronger communities. I am committed to helping Big Brothers Big Sisters expand that same opportunity so more young people, especially in communities that have historically had less access, can benefit from a caring adult who believes in them." Dave Clark is a longtime advocate for youth mentorship, having served more than 25 years with Big Brothers Big Sisters, including time as board chair of the Big Brothers Big Sisters Metro Atlanta agency and as a current national board member. A seasoned media and technology executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across digital advertising, television and streaming, Clark is CEO of Cast Iron Media and former CEO of advertising technology company TripleLift. He previously served as general manager of FreeWheel (a Comcast company), president of The Weather Channel and in executive roles at Fuse TV, Madison Square Garden, Joost and MTV Networks/Viacom. "As a Big myself, I know firsthand how much mentoring relationships benefit both the mentor and the mentee," said Clark. "There are still thousands of young people on the waitlist for a Big, and that number motivates me. I'm energized to mobilize more champions for mentoring, so fewer young people have to wait for someone to step into that life-changing role." The new leadership continues BBBSA's momentum under its strategic plan, positioning mentorship as essential infrastructure for youth opportunity, workforce readiness, and community well-being. About Big Brothers Big Sisters of America Founded in 1904, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) is the largest and most experienced youth mentoring organization in the United States. The mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. TripleLift launches TL Direct self-serve platform.

TripleLift launches TL Direct self-serve platform. June 18, 2026 June 11, 2026 June 8, 2026 June 3, 2026 June 1, 2026 A Forrester study commissioned by TripleLift found the platform saves 40 hours per campaign and delivers $3.70 in return for every dollar spent. TripleLift, the Creative SSP powered by TL Spark, its agentic intelligence layer, announced the general availability of TL Direct, its new self-serve platform that gives buyers and sellers unified control over curated media outcomes across web, mobile, and connected TV. Having completed a successful beta program with a select group of agencies, publishers, and brands, many of whom have live deals on the platform, TL Direct is now open to the broader market. TL Direct is designed for speed, precision, and scale. Buyers and sellers can build and launch deals in minutes rather than weeks, with access to TripleLift's free proprietary behavioral and contextual segments, as well as the industry's top audience and measurement partners. Publishers can build widely accessible one-to-one private marketplaces, as well as curated deals leveraging first-party data and lookalike modeling, across TripleLift's network of more than 5,000 direct publisher relationships. The platform also opens new opportunities for agency curation teams, third-party curators, and commerce media buyers to orchestrate deals with curated supply, high-impact creatives, granular audience targeting, and impact measurement. TL Direct supports UI, API, and MCP-based access, positioning it as a bridge from human-led workflows to agent-led execution, and placing TripleLift at the forefront of agentic programmatic infrastructure. Powering TL Direct is TL Spark, TripleLift's intelligence layer that orchestrates supply, creative, audiences, measurement, and performance as a single unified system. Unlike point solutions that optimize a single variable, TL Spark continuously optimizes across multiple levers simultaneously, from supply selection and format choice to audience matching and outcome signals. Built for agentic transactions, TL Spark moves programmatic beyond isolated automation toward intelligent, continuous optimization at scale. "TL Direct gives buyers and sellers the necessary control, flexibility and speed, while TL Spark ensures every deal is continuously optimized," said Dave Helmreich, CEO at TripleLift. "We're not just making deals and curation easier - we're making it smarter, more connected, and ready for the agentic future of programmatic. The Beta results are impressive: partners activated quickly, saw real impact, and came back for more." According to a Forrester Total Economic Impact study commissioned by TripleLift, the platform can save an average of 40 hours per campaign through TripleLift's creative assembly and custom asset development, translating to $357,000 in avoided labor costs over three years. The same study found that TripleLift campaigns deliver a $3.70 return on ad spend and generate $1.3 million in incremental profit from increased advertising value over three years. Several of the industry's key agencies, publishers, curators, and brands are already using TL Direct, including Amerge, powered by Podean, Raptive, and Zeroma. "TL Direct is playing a central role in our expansion into upper funnel solutions," said John Doyle, CEO at Amerge, powered by Podean. "The Deal UI alone has been a significant step forward, giving our teams efficient access to quality open internet supply at global scale, publisher first-party data, and creative ad formats that consistently outperform standard units. But the broader capabilities of the platform, including data onboarding, ID matching, and advanced curation, are what truly set it apart." "Raptive's publishers deserve deals that are as smart as the content they create," said Ryan Maynard, SVP Programmatic Sales Operations at Raptive. "TL Direct makes it possible for our team to build, activate, and optimize PMP deals with far less friction than anything we've used before. The integration with TripleLift's supply intelligence means every deal is working harder for our publishers." "The observable web is shrinking, and with machine-generated noise filling the gap, the quality of the signal you start with has never mattered more," said Will Oatley, Founder and CEO at Zeroma. "TL Direct closes the gap between curation strategy and execution, extending our deterministic, double-verified signals across TripleLift's supply in a way that preserves what makes them valuable. Brands can now scale declared intent without the signal degradation that typically comes with reach." June 18, 2026 June 17, 2026

TripleLift brings agentic intelligence to Cannes as advertising moves from delivery to impact.

TripleLift brings agentic intelligence to Cannes as advertising moves from delivery to impact. June 18, 2026 New research, TL Spark, and TL Direct showcase TripleLift's strategy to orchestrate creative, supply, audience, and measurement into measurable outcomes across the open internet, retail media, and CTV. CANNES, FRANCE, JUNE 18, 2026 - TripleLift, the Creative SSP powered by agentic intelligence, today announced its presence at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, arriving with a clear point of view on where digital advertising is headed next: the industry does not need more point solutions. It needs orchestration. Throughout the week, TripleLift's leadership team will meet with advertisers, agencies, publishers, platforms, and partners to discuss the company's reinvention around one central thesis: creative, supply, audience, measurement, and intelligence cannot keep operating as disconnected parts of the media plan. When they are orchestrated together, advertising performs better. That belief is now showing up in the company's platform, product roadmap, and market narrative. At Cannes, TripleLift will showcase TL Spark, its agentic intelligence layer; TL Direct, its new self-serve platform for curated media activation; and new research that exposes why modern curation, despite its promise, is still falling short for many buyers. "Advertising has spent the last decade optimizing delivery," said Dave Helmreich, CEO of TripleLift. "But delivery is not enough anymore. Brands need impact. Publishers need stronger monetization. Buyers need more transparency, better workflows, and proof that their investment is working. Cannes is the right moment to say clearly: the next era of advertising will be defined by orchestration." TL Spark: The Intelligence Layer Behind the Creative SSP Launched in April, TL Spark is TripleLift's coordinated intelligence layer, built to unify supply, creative, audiences, measurement, and optimization into one connected system. Unlike tools that automate a single workflow or optimize one campaign variable in isolation, TL Spark is designed to coordinate across the full transaction. It interprets campaign goals, connects the right supply and audience signals, supports creative decisioning, and feeds measurement back into optimization. Today, TL Spark augments human traders, planners, and sellers. Over time, it lays the foundation for a more agentic model of media execution, where systems can coordinate decisions across the value chain with greater speed, precision, and accountability. TL Direct: Self-Serve Curation Built for the Agentic Future Announced earlier this month, TL Direct gives buyers, sellers, and curators a faster way to build and activate curated media strategies across web, mobile, and CTV. Deals that once required manual back-and-forth can now be created and launched in minutes. Users can access TripleLift's proprietary behavioral and contextual segments, 5,000+ direct publisher relationships, premium audience and measurement partners, and high-impact creative formats through a unified platform. TL Direct supports UI, API, and MCP-based access, making it both a practical self-serve tool for today and a bridge to agent-led activation tomorrow. New Research: The Curation Gap TripleLift is also bringing new research to Cannes with the release of "The Gap in Modern Curation: Connecting Impact and Orchestration." Based on a study of 223 advertisers across the U.S. and U.K., the report identifies the barriers preventing curation from reaching its full potential, including lack of fee transparency, underperforming deals, fragmented creative and media workflows, and confusion around the role of AI and agentic intelligence in campaign optimization. The findings point to a larger industry reality: curation cannot simply mean packaging inventory differently. To drive impact, curation needs to connect audience strategy, supply quality, creative experience, measurement, and optimization into one coordinated system. That is the opportunity TripleLift is building toward. TripleLift at Cannes TripleLift's leadership team, including CEO Dave Helmreich, COO Rob Deichert, CPTO Timothy Jasionowski, and CMO Ben Felix, will be on the ground throughout the week. The company will participate in programming with The Female Quotient and host private meetings at the TripleLift Apartment, located on the 7th floor of the Mondrian Hotel at 45 Bd de la Croisette. The team will be available for conversations on TL Spark, TL Direct, curation, AI, creative innovation, publisher strategy, and the future of programmatic advertising. For advertisers and publishers navigating a more complex market, TripleLift's Cannes message is direct: attention alone no longer wins. Impact is the standard. And impact has to be designed.
