  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance is required.
  • The ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security suitability is required.
  • At least five years of technical writing experience, including developing cybersecurity communication deliverables such as documentation, plans, action reports, and meeting minutes for internal and external audiences, is required.
  • Experience creating and maintaining government records associated with cybersecurity activities, documentation, and standard operating procedures is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe products, and Google Workspace is required.
  • Technical writing and editing skills, including use of the Associated Press Stylebook and/or government-agency-directed style guides, are required.
  • The ability to work with technical cyber analysts to evaluate material and reduce it to concise narrative for readers is required.
  • The ability to work under pressure with engagement leads, technical analysts, and subject matter experts in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment to ensure timely product release is required.
  • Experience developing concepts of operations, operations and field manuals, revising functional requirements, and developing organizational diagrams, workflows, and processes is required.
  • Basic applied knowledge of the intelligence lifecycle is required.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in English, Business, or a related field is required, with an alternative of five years of technical writing and editing experience plus a high school diploma.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, collaborate on, and review technical communication deliverables, including cybersecurity documentation, operational procedures, plans, and action reports.
  • Develop, review, edit, and maintain classified and unclassified program technical documents and products, standard operating procedures, work instructions, concepts of operations, briefings, and internal team messaging using collected information, leadership guidance, and existing documentation.
  • Maintain statistical diagrams and charts of team engagement reports.
  • Capture and transmit meeting minutes, including key discussion points, action items, and suspense dates.
  • Assist action officers with comprehensive meeting support, including planning, deconfliction, logistics, invitations, and meeting minutes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence functions, including contextualized analysis.
  • Experience applying intelligence cycle doctrine to cyber intelligence planning.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and cyber threat intelligence communications terminology, concepts, and subject matter.
  • Experience creating technical briefings, including executive leadership briefings.
  • Experience providing summaries to executive-level leadership.
  • Security+ certification.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library version 4 certification.

Nightwing, an intelligence solutions company, has partnered with ProCustom Group to launch rugged laptops with integrated cybersecurity solutions. The new portfolio features PCG's customised commercial off-the-shelf rugged devices pre-installed with Nightwing's Boot Shield and Electronic Armor technologies. The integrated platform combines rugged notebooks with Intel AI-enabled processors, hot-swappable batteries and sunlight-readable displays alongside Nightwing's cyber resiliency tools. Boot Shield prevents boot-level attacks and firmware code injections, whilst Electronic Armor protects sensitive applications and data. The partnership aims to deliver secure computing solutions for mission-critical operations in extreme environments. The upcoming product range will include ruggedised laptops from 11 to 16 inches with customisable configurations. ProCustom Group specialises in environmental and electromagnetic hardening of ruggedised technology for military and aerospace applications.
