The applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
At least 4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Experience working with automation frameworks.
Ability to understand complex software and its use cases.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and tools such as Sprints and Jira.
Experience in both frontend and backend testing is ideal.
Responsibilities
Review system requirements and design documents and prepare test plans and strategies.
Analyze, create, execute, maintain, and document accurate test cases.
Ensure complete testing coverage of functional and non-functional aspects of software.
Troubleshoot, debug, and suggest improvements in customer implementations based on product features and functionality.
Execute functional, integration, and regression testing plans and scripts.
Work closely with engineers and product owners locally.
Log, track, and document bugs discovered during testing, gathering all necessary information.
Document, analyze, and communicate functional testing results.
Perform API testing when applicable.
Manage defect logging, tracking, resolution, and verification.
Verify new features, enhancements, and improvements.
Perform regression, installation, and upgrade testing in every release cycle.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce technology is optional.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.

4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance – We will train you but need you to be able to understand complex software and its use cases.
Experience working with Automation frameworks.
Catch deeply ingrained defects.
Experience in Salesforce technology (Optional).
Understanding of SDLC and tools such as Sprints and Jira.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
Ideally come from a development background in both frontend and backend testing.
