Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects and teams.
  • Identify and track defects, working with developers to resolve issues.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that new features do not introduce new defects.
  • Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to define acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that testing processes are aligned with industry best practices.
