Simplify Jobs

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Zero Trust and cloud security modernization fit near-term federal demand.[1][2]
  • Automated compliance and 24x7 monitoring can expand into recurring managed services.[2][6]
  • Application modernization and legacy infrastructure work support account expansion.[2][6]

What critics are saying

  • Heavy federal concentration exposes revenue to recompetes and agency budget shifts.[1][9]
  • Small scale limits GCyber against primes bundling broader IDIQ contracts.[3][4]
  • Under $5 million revenue leaves little cushion for delayed payments or award protests.[4]

What makes GCyber unique

  • Focused on DoD and Federal Civilian cybersecurity and digital transformation.[1][9]
  • Combines cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, and program management in one delivery stack.[2][9]
  • Founded in 2014 with a small, agile federal-services footprint.[2][3]
