Responsibilities
Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to dining areas.
Communicate with guests in a confident and professional manner.
Maintain and update cleaning schedules, records, and checklists.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
Follow applicable food safety, health, and safety practices, policies, and procedures.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams.

About The Role:
We're looking for a Food Runner to join our front-line team at one of London’s newest and most exciting venues – Arcade Covent Garden! With a buzzing atmosphere, globally inspired kitchens, and electrifying service, this is your chance to be part of one of London's most exciting dining destinations.
As a Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate in this role will:
Deliver food and beverages from the Kitchen and Bar to the dining areas
Communicate with guests in a confident and professional manner
Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings
Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices, policies and procedures
Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile
Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams
Have the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!

£13 Per Hour + Variable Tronc! Full time
