Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary regional point of contact for dealers, District Industry teams, and Distribution Services Division teams for sales and leadership training.
  • Promote commercial training modules, courses, and programs to dealers and regional and district teams, ensuring that courses and materials are relevant to dealer needs and processes.
  • Engage with dealer sales management, learning and development, and human resources managers.
  • Manage intake of dealer and district training requests for the defined territory.
  • Maintain knowledge of all industry teams' product training strategies, resources, and contacts.
  • Gather regional dealer feedback and provide insights to the Global Commercial Learning team to identify needs, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of sales and leadership competency models, assessment tools, learning solutions, and learning platforms.
  • Assess dealers' salesforce learning and development capability and advise dealers on key improvement areas.
  • Deploy and implement Dealer Sales and Leadership Development Processes to improve dealer salesforce commercial skills, dealer leaders' skills, and dealer learning and development organizations' effectiveness.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with dealer, distributor, reseller, or channel partner networks in a complex business-to-business environment.
  • A background in sales enablement, commercial excellence, sales force effectiveness, or capability development programs.
  • Experience assessing sales team capabilities and implementing development plans to improve commercial performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence dealer leadership, Sales Managers, Human Resources, and Learning and Development teams.
  • French language fluency is highly desirable.
  • German, Spanish, or Italian language skills are advantageous.
