Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across clinical and administrative functions, always prioritizing patient care and provider needs
  • Partner with the Division Head to drive division-wide goals, process improvements, and workflow optimization initiatives
  • Manage Cadence and/or Optime scheduling for physicians and APPs, including Epic schedule creation, template optimization, and urgent appointment access
  • Inspire and guide administrative team members, fostering a culture of inclusivity, continuous learning, and shared purpose
  • Lead division and institute-level projects, including provider onboarding and the implementation of new procedures and protocols
  • Serve as a key liaison with scheduling analysts, ambulatory practices, ABS, outpatient procedure locations, PAC, IT, facilities, medical staff, revenue cycle teams, and external partners
  • Restructure workflows and implement forward-thinking solutions that enhance opportunities for both patients and providers
