  • Seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging team environment.
  • Remain flexible to scheduling and business needs and voluntarily travel to stores in the market to work shifts as needed.
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, ethical principles, and company policies and procedures, including requirements for patient safety, controlled-substance dispensing and recordkeeping, and patient privacy and security.
  • Deliver additional patient health care services, including immunizations, point-of-care testing, and voluntarily staffing offsite clinics, where allowed by law and supported by required training and certification.
  • Where permissible, complete additional licensure and training requirements under state Board of Pharmacy regulations to obtain Technician Immunizer status and support vaccine preparation and administration.
  • Educate patients about vaccines, answer questions, and obtain informed consent.
