MediTelecare provides behavioral and mental health telehealth services to residents of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Clinicians use televideo to connect with patients who would otherwise lack access to specialized care, delivering remote behavioral health care from a team that includes psychologists, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and clinical social workers. The service operates across multiple states and relies on licensed clinicians delivering remote care from a centralized clinical team. MediTelecare differentiates itself by specializing in elderly populations in long-term care facilities, offering a broad, multi-state network of licensed clinicians, and using telehealth to reach patients who cannot access in-person care. The goal is to expand access to high-quality behavioral health care for seniors, improving outcomes by providing consistent, remote, specialized care through a dedicated telehealth platform.
