RPM Living opens Cerca Glenview in downtown Glenview.

RPM Living opens Cerca Glenview in downtown Glenview. RPM Living has opened Cerca Glenview, a newly constructed 62-unit multifamily community near downtown Glenview, Illinois. Developed by The Drake Group, the property held its ribbon cutting on June 17 and welcomed its first residents on June 19, 2026. RPM Living will manage the community. This is a project that s years in the making, and welcoming its first residents is a proud moment for its team, said Tom Drake, Principal, The Drake Group. Multifamily Leadership, LLC has deep roots in this community, and that personal connection shaped every decision Multifamily Leadership, LLC made throughout the process as Multifamily Leadership, LLC strived to build something the neighborhood could be proud of. Cerca Glenview offers a mix of junior one-bedroom, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom residences. Monthly rents range from $2,745 to $7,300. The fifth floor features the Cerca Reserve Collection, a curated assortment of penthouse residences with access to an exclusive top-floor amenity level. The community reported being 35 percent occupied and 45 percent leased at the time of opening. Cerca Glenview is located in downtown Glenview, providing residents with close access to the village s dining and retail options and to regional transit corridors. The property is positioned as a residential anchor amid ongoing development and investment across the North Shore. Cerca Glenview is a standout addition to Chicago s North Shore market, said Will Shew, Regional Vice President for RPM Living. Multifamily Leadership, LLC ve already seen tremendous demand since preleasing began mid-April 2026, which speaks to the property s value and the appetite for luxury living in Glenview. As the management company, Multifamily Leadership, LLC look forward to fostering an exceptional community for current and future residents. Construction on the project began in October 2025. Weis served as general contractor and Cullen Construction Management acted as owner s representative. Wintrust provided project financing. Cerca Glenview illustrates a continued focus on delivering new, market-rate housing options in suburban nodes that connect to larger metro cores. For owners, operators and investors watching regional demand and rent positioning, the project offers a clear example of coordinated development, financing and management coming online within a compressed timetable. RPM Living and The Drake Group now move from delivery to operations, where lease-up pace and resident experience will determine the property s role in Glenview s evolving residential landscape.
