Automotive Service Advisor (Genesis South Edmonton)

Genesis South Edmonton is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping customers protect their investment.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
• Explain repairs and maintenance recommendations in an easy-to-understand way
• Prepare estimates and repair orders using CDK
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines
• Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service
• Help maintain strong CSI scores
• Support a positive, team-first culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment
• CDK experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to prioritize multiple customers
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced dealership
• Valid driver's license
