QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science from accredited program required
• Active PT Indiana license or temporary permit required
• Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities preferred
• Willingness to work in a team environment preferred
• Accepting applications from experienced PT's and New Grads
