Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team, focused on driving new business and growing existing relationships within the banking sector. This individual will be responsible for selling our tech forward solutions major financial institutions, including broker dealers, national banks, regional banks, and credit unions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the banking industry and proven success in consultative sales, working with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prospect and Build Relationships: Identify and target new banking clients, develop strategies for outreach, and build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and IT leaders in banks.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the banking industry, showcasing how our solutions can help grow the bank, drive efficiency, and improve customer experiences for financial institutions.
Solution Selling: Lead complex sales cycles by identifying customer pain points and recommending appropriate solutions. Effectively present and demonstrate our offerings through tailored presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and implementation teams to align sales strategies and ensure successful onboarding and delivery of solutions to clients.
Manage Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting. Track and report sales activity, client engagement, and progress in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Negotiate Contracts: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining long-term, profitable relationships with clients.
Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients leverage our solutions to achieve business outcomes. Assist in the resolution of any post-sale issues to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with banking trends, financial regulations, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position the company’s offerings in the market.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience within the banking industry, with a demonstrated track record of successfully selling to C-level.

Working knowledge of FDIC and the federal banking regulatory environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business or a related discipline preferred.
Annual base salary of $150,000 plus bonuses and / or commissions. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, and 401k with company matching.
