Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the product management team to develop and maintain the product roadmap
  • Coordinate the release of new product features and functionality
  • Own and administer our feature prioritization framework
  • Establish and maintain product development processes and standards
  • Develop and maintain metrics and reporting to track product development progress
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational issues and bottlenecks
  • Own Productboard and build out our feedback collection mechanisms
  • Collaborate with client services teams for effective communication of product releases
