  • Deep familiarity with structured notes, derivatives, netting and collateral mechanics, and purpose/non-purpose loan frameworks, with comfort engaging regulators and auditors.

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Relations, Treasury, and Quant Analytics; strong negotiation and prioritization skills.
  • Enterprise mindset with sensitivity to regional regulatory nuances, balancing global consistency with controlled local adaptation.
Responsibilities
  • Set the global lending value governance vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to business strategy, capital optimization, and regulatory themes, ensuring analytics are embedded from origination through ongoing monitoring and remediation.
  • Co-own with Risk the end-to-end lending value framework covering client tiering, portfolio and netting suitability, exception approvals, and standards for new products and strategies, with clear roles, controls, and escalation paths.
  • Lead the first-line market-stress response while maintaining clear accountability, disciplined breach remediation, and rapid mitigants across overlays, hedging, margin and collateral, and client actions.
  • Define the target client and advisor journey under the new lending value framework, including what is explainable at point of sale, what is transparent post-origination, and how outcomes and actions are communicated in normal conditions and during volatility.
  • Translate lending value analytics into advisor-ready decision logic and standardized explanations of drivers, required actions, and approval paths, enabling consistent client outcomes.
  • Build speed-to-yes through clear segmentation, thresholds, and predefined approval paths, supported by frontline tooling and management information such as dashboards, alerts, and exception evidence.
  • Redefine the global Securities-Based Lending product strategy using lending value as the core decisioning and portfolio management engine, balancing commercial enablement with disciplined risk appetite, suitability, and capital constraints.
  • Set Securities-Based Lending segmentation and client-tier propositions aligned to lending capacity, terms, and collateral constructs, supported by product guardrails and scalable standard solutions.
  • Maintain a controlled pathway for bespoke solutions and new products or strategies, including structured notes and similar solutions, ensuring indicative lending value methodologies and monitoring plans are defined and governed before commercialization.
  • Co-own global client-tiering standards for Portfolio lending value and netting, including segmentation logic, thresholds, and required controls, harmonized with suitability frameworks and regional regulations; govern methodology changes and documented regional deviations.
  • Co-define and co-approve lending value methodologies and thresholds for new products and strategies, and act as first-line-of-defence sign-off for lending value considerations within the new product approval process.
  • Set quantitative lending-value-related risk appetite statements by product, region, and client tier, calibrated to stress outcomes and capital constraints; oversee live monitoring, alerts, breach remediation, temporary stress overlays, and post-event reviews that translate lessons into durable policy or model changes.

About the company

JPMorgan Chase runs the largest bank in the United States, which serves households and small businesses as Chase and large companies, governments, and investors as J.P. Morgan. During the 2008 financial crisis it bought the failing investment bank Bear Stearns and lender Washington Mutual, and in 2023 it took over First Republic Bank after regulators seized it. Chase takes deposits and earns interest on credit cards, mortgages, and car loans, while the investment side earns fees for advising on mergers, raising money for companies, trading stocks and bonds, and managing wealth. Formed in a 2000 merger, JPMorgan Chase traces its roots to 1799 and is based in New York City.

JPMorgan bars outside AI agents from customer accounts, citing "rogue agents" risk

JPMorgan Chase is blocking outside AI agents from logging in to or acting on customer accounts, chief executive officer Jamie Dimon said on its third-quarter earnings call. He cited security risks from "rogue agents." "We're not going to allow just any outside agent to come in inside the company because that's just too risky for clients and for JPMorgan," Dimon said. The bank blocks third-party agents that try to obtain customers' banking credentials, but still supports customer-authorized data sharing through open banking providers. Other firms take a looser approach. Germany's Scalable Capital opened its platform to ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok in August, though users must approve every trade. Dimon said JPMorgan is building its own tools to protect customers.

Aztec Group welcomes Jing Wang.

Aztec Group welcomes Jing Wang. 16 October 2026 UK Reporter: Madison Hendrickson Aztec Group has appointed Jing Wang as head of AI. Wang will build and lead the firm's new AI technology and enablement team, which it says is focused on where machine learning and AI can create value for clients and colleagues while maintaining governance, control, and security. In her role, Wang will lead development and delivery of Aztec's AI strategy across the group, working with technology, products, and operations colleagues to embed AI into core operations. Wang joins Aztec from JPMorgan Chase where she served as head of AI products for Chase UK and was responsible for developing the bank's generative AI capabilities and accompanying safety guardrails to bring it into production. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Wang held a senior AI and machine learning leadership role at Amazon Web Services where she developed enterprise AI solutions for regulated industries including financial services. Wang comments: "In private markets, value is built on accuracy, judgement, and trusted partnerships. AI is most effective when it helps take the weight of routine work away from specialists, allowing them to focus on the insight and advice that make the greatest difference. "I'm excited to be joining at this stage in Aztec's growth and look forward to helping shape that capability and its value for clients." Jason Adams, chief technology officer at Aztec Group, adds: "AI has enormous potential, but success depends on applying it in ways that are aligned to client needs. "Jing has deep technical expertise, product leadership, and experience building AI solutions at global scale within highly regulated environments."
