Address guest requests and communicate any special needs to the Food and Beverage Manager.
Set up and maintain the European Continental Breakfast according to the hotel's service standards.
Ensure all food and beverage items are well-stocked, fresh, and presented with attention to detail.
Prepare and replenish breakfast offerings, including fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, and other continental selections.
Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
Monitor inventory and communicate with the kitchen to ensure proper supply levels.
Clean and maintain equipment, including the coffee machine, throughout service.
