Requirements
  • CIPD Level 7 certification.
  • Solid background as a HR generalist, with experience in organizations of similar scale and complexity.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the successful delivery of the HR strategy in the UK, including key initiatives like people and leadership development, performance management, employer branding, and establishing the UK as a true Tech Hub.
  • Identify, create, and drive UK-specific HR projects that align with our overall strategy and objectives.
  • Lead projects related to external employer branding and recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
  • Enhance internal employer branding, focusing on talent retention and people development through initiatives such as onboarding, employee life cycle management, and TB.Mood actions.
  • Develop UK-specific training programs and provide coaching support for existing employees, working closely with HR Business Partners.
  • Collaborate with HQ to implement Workday in the UK, ensuring quality assurance of the employee lifecycle and translating strategy adaptations into actionable projects.
