FIGS specializes in healthcare apparel, particularly focusing on scrubs and other clothing for medical professionals like doctors and nurses. Their products are designed to combine comfort, durability, functionality, and style, making them appealing in a market that often lacks innovation. FIGS operates on a direct-to-consumer model, which allows them to sell their products directly to customers without intermediaries. This approach helps them maintain control over their brand and customer experience while offering competitive prices. Unlike many competitors, FIGS has the largest direct-to-consumer platform in the healthcare apparel industry, enabling them to build a loyal customer base. The company's goal is to celebrate and empower healthcare professionals by providing them with high-quality, stylish workwear that meets their needs.
