Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and spending goals within assigned channels and accounts
  • Create and execute channel level business plans
  • Lead, motivate and support Account Managers to help them deliver their goals with their respective channels and accounts: Veterinary, Indy Key Accounts, and Farm & Feed
  • Create and execute goals with one or two owned accounts
  • Manage corporate relationships with MWI (Vet distributor) and VSI (F&F distributor)
  • Create relationships with key decision-makers at key accounts in all channels
  • Work internally across other retail channels to maximize opportunities
  • Stay on top of industry trends and be a 'voice of your customer' internally
