Job Description
As a Vice President, Head of CX Operate Managed Services, you will work closely with our Head of Intelligent Experiences to lead our efforts in developing and implementing a new business model for our CX contract operations and insourcing contractor business within the CX org. This role will be instrumental in aligning our traditional contract-to-hire model with our core solutions business, creating a more integrated and value-driven offering for our clients. This is an opportunity to envision a new business model in consulting services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Model Development: Develop and implement a new business model that effectively combines the strengths of our traditional contract-to-hire services with our core solutions business.
Service Offering Definition: Define a new service offering that leverages the collective intelligence and capabilities of our contracting services to provide rapid team building and quick turnaround value for our clients.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the new service offering, including market positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
Organizational Development: Build and lead a high-performing team of contractor services professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the contractor services business, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Deliver:
Success in defining a new service offering and growing that offering – today our business sells significant volume of both solutions-oriented consulting and contract in-sourcing services, and we’re looking to create a new offering that is differentiated in the market by merging these ideas into a new approach that will add immense value to our clients.
An approach to the business model, and management of the team that will deliver this new solution.
Go-To-Market positioning and growth planning.
Guidance and solutions for complex client projects.
Collaboration with the CX Practice team to define how the practices will align and combine to create a new best-of-world offering.

Qualifications
15+ years of proven experience in a similar consulting or contractor placement firm, with a focus on developing and implementing new business models.
Experience in defining and designing new business models in consulting, having brought a new service offering or practice area to market.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
Deep understanding of the consulting and contracting industry, including market trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A growth mindset and passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional value to clients.
