- Collaborate with Lending, Treasury, Mortgage, and Wealth Management partners to provide holistic banking services.
- Support branch operations, including account opening, teller transactions, and loan support as needed.
- Represent the bank in the community and serve as a community ambassador and leader for its small business efforts.
- Meet or exceed sales and referral goals for deposits, loans, and services.
- Perform financial reviews and loan pre-screens and complete cash flow analyses.
- Make independent overdraft pay/return decisions within assigned limits.
- Support the loan application and closing process and collect and review required documentation.
- Maintain operational integrity through proper balancing, ticketing, and risk protocols.
- Follow regulatory, policy, and procedural standards, including compliance and regulatory training and S.A.F.E. Act requirements.
- A bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent education and relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with Small Business Administration lending.

THIS LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of this 8th day of December, 2020, by and between VENUS CONCEPT USA INC., a Delaware corporation, whose address is 1880 N. Commerce Parkway, Suite 2, Weston, Florida 33326 (the “Borrower”), and CITY NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA, its successors and/or assigns (the “Lender”), whose address is 100 S.E. 2nd Street, 13th Floor, Miami, Florida 33131.
Sensus Healthcare has entered into a $15 million revolving credit facility with City National Bank of Florida, according to an SEC filing. The agreement, dated 8 December 2020, is part of the Main Street Priority Loan Facility established under the Federal Reserve Act to support businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The credit facility is secured by accounts, inventory, equipment and intellectual property. It includes financial covenants and reporting requirements, including maintaining a minimum deposit balance and submitting quarterly and annual financial statements. Sensus Healthcare, which specialises in non-invasive treatment of non-melanoma skin cancers using superficial radiation therapy technology, will use the facility to support operations and payroll whilst expanding its market presence. The agreement includes CARES Act compliance provisions, restricting stock repurchases and executive compensation.
Mayer, who has more than three decades of experience in the trust industry, joined Wilmington Trust in 2021 from City National Bank in Beverly Hills where he was the trust team lead for the Beverly Trust office.
