Gurobi Optimization has launched the Intelligence Hub, a platform housing AI-powered optimization agents designed to help users build, understand, and troubleshoot optimization models. The hub includes three main tools: the Modeler, which guides users from business problems to production-quality models; the Explainer, which helps interpret model instances and diagnose issues through natural language; and Gurobot, originally launched in 2025, which provides optimization guidance and support escalation. The company is also introducing a Local Model Context Protocol server for integration with existing AI development environments. At launch, the Modeler is in beta whilst the Explainer and Local MCP are experimental features. Gurobi serves customers across over 40 industries globally.

Following the success of the Burrito Optimization Game - which has been played over 85,000 times by learners across the world since its launch in 2022 - Gurobean places players behind the counter of a virtual coffee shop, where they must make critical decisions around pricing, staffing, queue management, inventory levels, and more.
