Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or a minimum of 2 years of equivalent online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand client-facing environment
  • French or German language skills are a plus
  • Clear confidence when communicating with external partners and publishers
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Passion for teamwork and learning with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • A personal sense of integrity, commitment, and professionalism and a dedicated focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experience using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Advanced user of MS Excel.
Responsibilities
  • Build a partner ecosystem recruitment and optimization strategy
  • Execute recruitment strategy and report on the success of each optimization
  • Own the full life cycle of the Partner Ecosystem lifecycle
  • Engage with partner ecosystem as an ambassador on behalf of the client partner and Partnerize
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships across the partner ecosystem
  • Ensure partners are active and engaged within a client’s program
  • Responsible for reporting on partner performance to key stakeholders
  • Responsible for partner ecosystem auditing
  • Ensure successful delivery of creative assets and marketing materials
  • Manage partner groupings and segmentation within the Partnerize platform
  • Negotiate media placements and marketing opportunities with partners
  • Assist in enforcing and maintaining the client’s partner terms and conditions
  • Provide an excellent experience for partners that leads to promoting Partnerize within the industry
