Responsibilities
  • Will be responsible for investing and managing our Customer Platforms
  • Lead sourcing and synthesis of customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs and drive the long-term vision of your product in partnership with the Customer Record
  • Turn customer insights into actionable strategies to drive Shared Customer Experiences across customers who co-manage finances
  • Manage a platform product team and develop strategies to meet unmet internal needs (e.g. “buy” versus “build” analysis)
