Responsibilities
  • Drafting & Reviewing Agreements: Creating, reviewing, and refining legal documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company goals
  • Negotiation Support: Collaborating in negotiations, protecting and enforcing the company’s interests
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensuring Kiddom is set up to comply with relevant commercial, transactional, and privacy laws & regulations
  • Risk Assessment: Identifying potential legal risks and proposing practical solutions to mitigate them
  • Process Improvement: Developing standard templates and streamlining processes for recurring legal needs to enhance consistency and scalability
