Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Information Design, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of UX/UI design experience.
  • Experience designing enterprise software or software-as-a-service applications.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies.
  • Experience supporting Agile product development teams.
  • Experience with user research, user interviews, journey mapping, persona development, information architecture, interaction design, usability testing, and human-centered design.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, visual design, responsive design, design systems, accessibility standards, and dashboard design.
  • Experience using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, and Lucidchart.
Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive user experiences for workflow orchestration and process automation solutions.
  • Create user-centered designs based on business goals, stakeholder needs, and user feedback.
  • Simplify complex workflows and enterprise processes into intuitive digital experiences.
  • Define information architecture, user flows, and interaction models.
  • Ensure consistency across Regrello-based solutions and applications.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and user discovery sessions.
  • Perform usability testing and gather user feedback.
  • Develop personas, journey maps, and workflow analyses.
  • Identify pain points and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Design dashboards, forms, task management interfaces, workflow visualizations, and reporting experiences.
  • Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards.
  • Maintain consistency with enterprise branding and design systems.
  • Design interfaces supporting task management, workflow tracking, process automation, approvals, escalations, notifications, collaboration features, and reporting dashboards.
  • Optimize user interactions across complex business workflows.
  • Improve visibility into cross-functional process execution.
  • Create and maintain reusable design components.
  • Establish UI standards and style guides.
  • Maintain design libraries and component frameworks.
  • Ensure visual consistency across projects and releases.
  • Work with Product Managers and Business Analysts to define requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams during implementation.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
  • Support user acceptance testing and design validation efforts.
  • Review implemented designs for accuracy and quality.
  • Ensure solutions meet accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
  • Incorporate inclusive design principles.
  • Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability assessments.
  • Advocate for user experience best practices across the organization.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience designing workflow automation or business process management platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise process management applications.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or operational business processes.
  • Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms such as Regrello.
  • Experience designing data-intensive dashboards and reporting experiences.
  • Knowledge of front-end development concepts including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience using InVision.
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, product development, engineering operations, quality management, enterprise software-as-a-service applications, or digital transformation initiatives.
