  • Customer fleet technical support
  • Answering Technical Support Line calls
  • Managing tier 1 support on the web portal
  • Developing and refining issue tracking systems
  • Tracking and automating reports on customer service metrics
  • Contributing to FAQ creation
  • Assisting with service parts fulfillment
  • Training others on tool usage
