Payroll Supervisor
About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in payroll is required; experience in a school or educational organization is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian payroll and labor regulations is required.
- Strong Excel and payroll system skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- Process and review monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage salaries, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian payroll, tax, and social insurance requirements.
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.
- Respond to and resolve employee payroll inquiries.
- Coordinate with Human Resources and Finance on payroll-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
- Experience in a school or educational organization is preferred.
