Requirements
Have between 5 and 10 years of underground, tank foundation, and/or earthworks experience.
Have previous supervisory experience.
Be proficient with CAT E.T., S.I.S., Komatsu, Prosis, and Service Advisor.
Be able to read and troubleshoot hydraulic and electronic schematics.
Have a reliable personal vehicle.
Have a clean driver's abstract and a valid driver's license.
Wear CSA-approved steel-toed boots with 6-inch ankle support.
Complete urine-based drug and alcohol testing, company orientation, site-specific orientation, and mask-fit testing.
Be able to work in physically demanding conditions and maintain a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
Oversee, supervise, and manage day-to-day site operations.
Supervise operators to ensure schedules and timelines are met.
Assist with troubleshooting.
Ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards in a timely manner.
Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure.
Promote and follow the company's safety program, and encourage employees, subcontractors, and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.
