GSGS considers the following skillset/qualifications for consultants performing the Ping SME role:

12+ years performing IT related duties.
10+ years of working with IAM solutions.
Demonstrated experience with PingFederate (PA), PingAccess (PA), and PingDirectory (PD).
Prefer to have current certification in PF, PA, and PD.
Advanced administration/Development experience with PF, PA, and Ping Cloud solution.
Advanced IAM experience in migrating large legacy systems to modern IAM systems using Ping products.
Nice to have experience migrating from Siteminder to Ping.
Demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of experience and expertise on an IDM project or program or programs, of similar complexity and importance, and demonstrated experience conducting large IDM migrations.
Experience with most standard Authentication protocols (Eg.: OAuth, OAuth2, OIDC, WS-Fed, WS-Trust, SAML, LDAP, SCIM) is required.
Knowledge of common network services and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, HTTPS, VPN.
Strong Windows & Unix/Linux skills.
Experience with OGNL and Groovy scripts
Experience with Web application servers, XML, SOAP, and web services is strongly preferred.
Experience with Clustering, Resiliency and Performance Tuning.
Demonstrated experience with onboarding applications to PF and PA.
Demonstrated experience with different types of adaptors within PF.
Demonstrated understanding of header-based applications for authentication with PA.
Demonstrated experience with policy configuration and use of different types of selectors and fragments within PF.
Strong experience in IAM related CICD scripting to migrate configurations/artifacts between environments.
Demonstrated understanding of PKI.
Demonstrated understanding of SSO methods such as Kerberos, IWA, etc.
Demonstrated understanding of MFA.
Demonstrated understanding of Ping API.
Demonstrated understanding of app to app authentication and authorization using Ping products.
Ability to mentor and train others in the use and functionality of the SaaS products including MFA and ensuring analysis and design artifacts meet or exceed established Service Level Objectives.
Working knowledge and experience migrating applications with large enterprise user populations (>60,000 users).
