Summary:
We are looking for an Agent Development Specialist to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents and agentic applications using LLMs, RAG, and modern AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents and agentic workflows for business use cases.
- Build LLM-powered applications using Python and LLM APIs.
- Develop RAG pipelines, semantic search, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Implement tool/function calling, agent memory, orchestration, and multi-step workflows.
- Apply prompt/context engineering to improve agent accuracy and reliability.
- Integrate agents with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and external tools.
- Evaluate and optimize agents for accuracy, performance, scalability, latency, and cost.
- Implement appropriate guardrails, security, and responsible AI practices.

- Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI agents/LLM applications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and experimentation skills.
