Requirements
  • Have at least 4 years of offensive operations experience in red teaming, penetration testing, purple-team or control validation, or bug bounty roles, with a record of delivering engagements end to end, including scoping, execution, and clear written findings.
  • Build and operate production-quality Python tooling rather than only one-off scripts.
  • Have hands-on experience designing, building, or operating AI agents or large language model applications, including agentic workflows, tool or function calling, and orchestration.
  • Have hands-on experience testing artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems using prompt injection, jailbreaking, and adversarial techniques.
  • Have production experience with at least one major cloud service provider: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Work with considerable autonomy on moderately complex engagements and influence the team's technical direction through expertise.
  • Ship software with engineering rigor, including reproducibility, evaluation, safety guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls where offensive operations require them.
  • Deliver findings and tooling with reproduction steps, severity, business impact, and remediation.
  • Track risk in the enterprise risk platform and operate within acceptable-use-of-artificial-intelligence policies and offensive security rules of engagement.
  • Maintain a dedicated, interruption-free workspace to protect member protected health information and HIPAA information.
  • Use home internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
Responsibilities
  • Build production-quality software and artificial-intelligence agents with large-language-model-driven planning loops, multi-agent orchestration, and tool and function-calling capabilities for offensive operations.
  • Contribute to the in-house agent platform supporting penetration-testing and red-team operations as a production, event-driven cloud platform at scale.
  • Run network, web-application, cloud, and infrastructure penetration tests from reconnaissance through exploitation, privilege escalation, and lateral movement.
  • Run purple-team exercises to validate endpoint detection and response, extended detection and response, network detection and response, data loss prevention, and firewall countermeasures, then partner with detection engineering to close identified gaps.
  • Run objective-driven red-team operations and adversarially assess internal large-language-model products, agents, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and machine-learning applications.
  • Test prompt injection, jailbreaks, model extraction and inversion, membership inference, data and supply-chain poisoning, evasion, and agent tool or sandbox abuse.
  • Deliver penetration tests and purple-team exercises during the first 90 days and ship an improvement to the agentic tooling used during them.
  • Ship an artificial-intelligence-driven tool adopted into a live service-line workflow within six months and run a red-team operation end to end.
  • Establish repeatable adversarial testing for an internal artificial-intelligence system and an evaluation approach tracking autonomous tooling success against representative targets within twelve months.
  • Embed with each service line and the AI and Tooling Lead while building and operating the platform and engagements.
  • Track tooling metrics such as coverage or turnaround gains and become a go-to contributor for both building and operating across the team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Build autonomous or semi-autonomous offensive agents, LLM-driven penetration-testing agents, or reinforcement-learning exploit and attack-path planners.
  • Have red-team tradecraft experience with command-and-control frameworks such as Cobalt Strike, Sliver, or Mythic, evasion and operational security, and testing endpoints protected by modern endpoint detection and response or extended detection and response.
  • Have purple-team and adversary-emulation fluency with MITRE ATT&CK and platforms such as VECTR or Atomic Red Team.
  • Have hands-on experience with AI red-teaming frameworks such as PyRIT or Garak, and fluency in MITRE ATLAS, the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
  • Have experience with Model Context Protocol, including building clients or servers or testing Model Context Protocol and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines for tool or prompt-injection abuse.
  • Have cloud penetration-testing depth or multi-cloud breadth, threat-intelligence-driven operations experience, or an advanced offensive specialty such as malware development, advanced red-team operations, or adversarial machine-learning research.
  • Have published research, open-source contributions, or talks at DEF CON, BSides, x33fcon, or Black Hat, or strong showings in AI-security competitions such as HackAPrompt.
  • Hold offensive or emerging AI-security certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSED, OSCE3, CRTO, CRTL, CPTS, CWES, CWEE, CAPE, OSAI/AI-300, a SANS/GIAC AI security certification, or the HTB AI Red Teamer path.

Humana appoints healthcare investment expert to board as shares trade 80% below fair value

Humana has appointed Robert S. Field to its Board of Directors, adding healthcare investment and regulatory expertise to its governance structure. The appointment follows direct shareholder input and comes as the health insurer faces valuation scrutiny. Field's background in healthcare investments and legal matters positions him to contribute to discussions on payment models, technology adoption and risk oversight. The addition may influence Humana's priorities across growth initiatives and regulatory engagement. Humana's shares currently trade at $192.15, reflecting a 16.2% gain over the past month but a 33.8% decline over the past year. The stock trades at a price-to-earnings ratio of 19.4, below the healthcare industry average of 22.0. Analysts have set a target price of $212.08, approximately 9% above current levels.
