  • 1-2 years of accounting experience (internships count)
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting is required
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • NetSuite experience is a plus
  • An active CPA license is a plus
  • A track record of improving accounting processes and systems
  • Strong collaboration skills and an impeccable eye for detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – email etiquette and professionalism are essential

Responsibilities
  • Oversee G&A accounting each month, including month-over-month actuals analysis, budget/forecast vs. actual, and alignment & reviews with department managers
  • Review monthly G&A expense accounts for completeness and accuracy
  • Ensure that expenses are consistently coded to enhance period comparison analysis
  • Collaborate with A/P on coding and processing of invoices in our A/P software, Tipalti
  • Work closely with the FP&A team to review expense coding to make sure it aligns with budget/forecast
  • Oversee maintenance of monthly expense accruals
  • Help support with prepaid expenses and the monthly amortization
  • Leverage NetSuite to find automation opportunities to streamline recurring processes
  • Build monthly reports that give the team and overall company insight into monthly G&A spend
