Responsibilities
  • Expertly solder, rework, and troubleshoot complex printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to ensure the highest quality and reliability
  • Construct and validate intricate electromechanical assemblies to support R&D initiatives, emphasizing precision, thorough testing, and documentation
  • Specialize in first article PCBA and harness work. Implement quality control measures to verify the accuracy and functionality of prototypes and assemblies
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, including schematics, bills of materials, and assembly instructions, ensuring comprehensive documentation of all processes
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of cutting-edge electrical systems and prototypes
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of equipment and tools used for PCBA rework and harness assembly, guaranteeing optimal functionality
