Reliable transportation is required.

Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, practice guidelines, and nursing judgment.
Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information regarding patient care.
Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
Desired Qualifications
At least 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care facility is strongly preferred.
