Responsibilities
  • Assist with pre-close and post-close document preparation and tasks
  • Coordinate the collection of key documents and information from customers and external providers
  • Order payoffs, surveys, and home warranties
  • Prepare preliminary settlement statements and process lender title requests
  • Review contracts, commitments, and orders for accuracy
  • Identify and strategize to resolve issues pertaining to contracts and title commitments
  • Assemble necessary documents for closing packages
  • Manage data and document storage
  • Liaise with external partners and coordinate closing activities
  • Ensure closings happen on time
