  • At least 8 years of sales success, with a focus on account management
  • A track record of selling consultancy solutions to the C-suite and/or Senior leadership level
  • A rooted connection within the FMCG sector
  • Practical and technical skills, knowledge, and experience related to sales and customer services
  • Ability to digest clients’ requests and translate their business needs into actionable research projects ideas
  • Extremely polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt communication style to suit each client, team, and across teams
  • Understanding of the immediacy of winning this month’s team sales results while making adjustments for the next 6-12 months
  • Ability to identify complex problems and develop & implement optimal solutions
  • Team player focused on the broader good and the success of the organization
Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with regional stakeholders within your assigned global growth accounts
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges
  • Continuously delivering creative business solutions to prove ROI and gather value statements on a quarterly basis for each regional client
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Delivering against Mintel’s revenue targets by networking high and wide within the client organization
  • Collaborating with the Lead Client Partner to create and execute regional account growth strategies
  • Building a robust pipeline of potential opportunities within the business to achieve sales targets
  • Working with internal teams to develop creative and customized business solutions that align with client needs
  • Presenting and communicating solutions to clients, highlighting their value and impact on business objectives
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of delivered solutions, making adjustments as needed to maximize value
  • Overseeing and managing local contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions of global Master Service Agreements
  • Negotiating contract renewals and amendments to meet client and company objectives
  • Coordinating with legal and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely contract execution
  • Partnering with Lead Client Partners and Client Success counterparts to develop and roll out Mintel’s core client servicing strategy
  • Working alongside several cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Conducting regular strategic reviews with internal stakeholders to track progress against strategic plans
  • Sharing insights and feedback from clients to inform product development and service enhancements
