The Opportunity
DAT is looking for a Platform Partnerships Manager to join our team in Denver, CO or Beaverton, OR. We are also willing to consider Remote candidates.
This experienced partnerships and alliances professional with a demonstrable record of success to lead, grow, and manage our platform partnerships program. The Platform Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying and managing partners, defining objectives and timelines, developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, establishing data-driven, repeatable processes, and providing day-to-day oversight of a program that drives meaningful revenue and retention.
What You’ll Do
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies with strategic partners to drive network adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product and finance, to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Identify market opportunities and create joint value propositions with partners to enhance our platform’s competitive edge.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of GTM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partnership Management:
- Manage ongoing relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact to foster strong, trust-based relationships that maximize mutual success.
- Ensure partners are fully engaged and supported, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide partners with the resources, training, and support needed to maximize the partnership’s impact.
- Identify opportunities to expand and deepen existing partnerships, including the development of new joint initiatives.
- Support the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new strategic partners that align with our platform’s goals.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring clear expectations and mutual benefits.
- Partnership Performance and Analysis:
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of existing partnerships to ensure they meet established goals and deliver value.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of partner programs and initiatives.
- Regularly review partnership agreements to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to improve partnership outcomes.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on partnership performance to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Market Analysis, Problem Solving, and Product Collaboration:
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities, using insights to inform partnership strategies and product development.
- Collaborate closely with partners and internal teams to address customer challenges within the platform, ensuring tailored solutions that enhance the user experience and deliver measurable value.
- Work directly with the product team to communicate market feedback, customer pain points, and partnership opportunities that drive continuous platform improvements and innovation.
- Drive alignment between the product roadmap and partnership initiatives to ensure delivery of exceptional customer value through joint offerings and platform enhancements.

- A strategic thinker who blends consulting, business strategy and execution to develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives and acts on them.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of supply chain & logistics industry best practices, business processes, and value propositions.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in alliance management, business development, ecosystem go-to-market strategy and/or a related supply chain software industry role.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain software solutions and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build, implement and maintain strategic partnerships.

For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the minimum salary for this role is $135,000 + benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
