About the job
- At least 5 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.
- Proven experience with Exchange migrations between on-premises and online environments.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Proven experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Proven experience with SharePoint Online and on-premises SharePoint.
- Deep knowledge of Exchange Online and Exchange Server.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
- Deep knowledge of OneDrive for Business.
- Deep knowledge of Azure Active Directory Connect.
- Deep knowledge of hybrid configurations.
- Experience with BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest Migration Tools, and native Microsoft migration tools.
- Proficiency with PowerShell for automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong technical documentation experience.
- Plan, document, and execute Google Workspace-to-Microsoft 365, Exchange on-premises-to-Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant, and SharePoint on-premises-to-SharePoint Online migration projects.
- Lead client workshops and technical discovery sessions.
- Conduct technical assessments and present findings to stakeholders.
- Create technical design documents, migration runbooks, risk mitigation plans, user communication templates, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
- Develop and implement migration strategies with minimal operational impact.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct status meetings and progress reviews.
- Manage environment coexistence during migrations.
- Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 environments.
- Implement security and governance best practices.
- Provide post-migration support and knowledge transfer.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate certification.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
- Google Workspace Administrator certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
- Experience with Microsoft Information Protection and Governance.
- Experience with Azure Information Protection.
- Experience with Exchange load balancing.
