Requirements
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and cross-platform media, including television and digital solutions.
  • Experience generating revenue through new business development and account growth across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to create persuasive presentations, respond to RFPs, and align solutions to client goals.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy and inventory management to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Ability to coach, support, and collaborate with sellers to drive team performance.
  • Experience supporting negotiations and contributing to successful client agreements.
  • Ability to manage priorities, support forecasting, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Proficiency with WideOrbit, Kantar, and One Domain or WO Media Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable automobile.
  • Related military experience will be considered
Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and execution of digital revenue growth in support of station sales goals
  • Partner with the Local Sales Manager to support weekly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies and planning
  • Foster a performance-oriented culture by setting clear expectations and supporting team accountability
  • Coach, support, and mentor Account Executives through regular one-on-one and team sessions to strengthen digital expertise and sales effectiveness
  • Evaluate seller performance, identify development opportunities, and provide ongoing coaching to improve results
  • Deliver digital training and education to both local and national sales teams to build capability and confidence
  • Identify and support new digital revenue opportunities, including non-traditional and emerging solutions
  • Support negotiation of digital advertising opportunities, ensuring strong positioning and alignment with client goals
  • Develop strategic responses to client and agency RFPs, with a focus on driving new and incremental business
  • Build and maintain client and agency relationships to drive retention and growth
  • Partner with AEs to develop and deliver integrated digital marketing solutions
  • Support digital revenue forecasting and maintain visibility into performance
  • Manage budgets related to digital initiatives with attention to efficiency and outcomes
  • Review insertion orders and sales documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
