Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • June 2026 headquarters consolidation should lower friction and improve group coordination.
  • Delta campus opened in September 2026, adding 3,600 students and fresh tuition capacity.
  • Corndel's 2025 acquisition expands UK vocational training and deepens Galileo's enterprise-linked education mix.

What critics are saying

  • S&P kept Galileo at B in 2025, citing 7.0x adjusted debt-to-EBITDA.
  • Regent's restructuring already cut professional services after Galileo's acquisition, signaling integration pain.
  • If student demand weakens again in 2026, leverage stays strained and covenant risk rises.

What makes Galileo Global Education unique

  • 2026 Delta campus unites six Paris schools on one 20,000m² site.
  • Galileo spans 65 schools and universities across 20 markets, not one geography.
  • Its portfolio blends art, design, business, and tech, creating cross-enrollment advantages.
