  • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Preferred (or equivalent)
  • 3-7 years of experience working on various standards like ASPICE, CMMI, IATF etc) in SW industries
  • Hands on Experience in implementing ASPICE 3.1 in projects
  • Fundamental understanding of quality philosophies principles, methods, tools, standards
  • Good knowledge Risk management, metrics analysis etc
  • High assertiveness, good facilitation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
  • Flexible with travel
Responsibilities
  • Perform Quality Assurance activities
  • Define QA Strategy as per ASPICE 3.1
  • Support and facilitate Project teams throughout the project lifecycle to achieve ASPICE 3.1
  • Identify and track work product and process performance objectives
  • Coordinate and track software quality assurance activities
  • Facilitate in defining Project performance metrics
  • Perform Internal QA audit as per ASPICE 3.1 and IATF
  • Escalation of Non conformances
  • Generate QA report and present to Management
  • Facilitate in Process implementation
  • Perform release and process performance reviews
  • Mentoring/Training to Project team
  • Some Travel Required
