- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions is required.
- Welding experience is required.
- Proficient basic math skills are required.
- Experience using a borescope is required.
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
- Ability to sit for approximately 80 percent of the workday is required.
- Good vision, especially color vision for color coding, is required.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and kneel is required.
- Ability to use hand and power tools is required.
- Weld various hoses.
- Lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble hoses.
- Cross-train across company departments based on business needs.
- React productively to changes and handle other essential assigned tasks.
- Work across departments when required.
- Use borescopes to inspect hoses.
- Use different adapters for different fittings.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
