Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Deliver consistent guest experience commitments.
  • Hold team leaders accountable for exceptional guest experiences through operations, accountability, team development, training, and recognition.
  • Review guest, financial, and team metrics to identify gaps, understand team behaviors, and take corrective action.
  • Set priorities and lead actions that drive results and enhance the guest experience.
  • Partner across teams to create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.
  • Assist the Store Director in planning, strategizing, and building the business.
  • Drive total omnichannel store sales and demonstrate how teams and departments contribute to total store profitability.
  • Identify store-specific trends and drive sales growth in assigned departments.
  • Use financial, operational, team, and guest reports to understand the business and share insights with the Store Director.
  • Create a culture of executing best practices, establish routines and action plans, and hold the team accountable to goals and expectations.
  • Assess competition and use guest insights and feedback to drive the business.
  • Manage a knowledgeable sales force and an efficient operation.
  • Anticipate staffing needs; create talent plans; recruit, hire, and retain team members.
  • Develop, coach, and train the team and lead Executive Team Leaders in developing their teams.
  • Promote inclusivity and create equitable experiences.
  • Establish accountability through clear expectations and consistent performance management.
  • Support the Store Director in owning and implementing exempt and hourly schedules aligned with guest and business needs.
  • Plan, lead, and follow up on organizational and operational change.
  • Lead ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, and hold Executive Team Leaders accountable to the same standards.
  • Develop and lead the department's safety culture and performance, including hazard correction, incident response, and injury reporting and investigation.
  • Lead the in-store security culture and merchandise protection strategies.
  • Implement safe-and-secure training and processes as a key carrier.
  • Address store emergency and compliance needs.
  • Assume store-level leader-on-duty responsibilities during assigned shifts.
  • Perform other duties based on business needs.
