What believers are saying

  • July 2026 appointments of Donoughe and Zaidi strengthen delivery discipline and ecosystem access.
  • The 2024 Fourth Dimension acquisition expanded CEI into 24x7 managed services and security.
  • CEI’s repositioning to CEI.ai in 2026 signals sharper market messaging for AI-native buyers.

What critics are saying

  • CEI must integrate Fourth Dimension while scaling AI delivery; execution slippage hits 2026 revenue.
  • Hyperscaler and model-vendor partnerships concentrate dependence on Microsoft, AWS, and AI platform roadmaps.
  • Pure consulting faces commoditization; if enterprise AI budgets stall, CEI’s differentiation collapses.

  • Fourth Dimension adds managed services, cloud, and security breadth across global delivery.
